We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your order includes damaged or defective merchandise, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately by email at email@example.com before attempting to return the product. Upon receipt of your email, we will evaluate the issue; if eligible for a return, a Return Authorization Number , and must be included in the return. Please do not return any item without a return authorization number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be authorized in the event of “buyer’s remorse” (that is, if you changed your mind about the purchase).
If approved for a return, we will provide the shipping address to which you will send the item. Do not send anything to the address shown on your shipping label or receipt.
Please note the following requirements and restrictions for items you may wish to return:
Contact us by email within 14 calendar days of the product being delivered.
Your email must include a detailed description of the damage or defect.
Take photos of the product showing damage or defect as soon as you open your package.
Include your name, the address to which your order was sent, and phone number.
The returned item must be in new, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition.
You must return the item approved for return in its original packaging.
You’ll also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
You pay all shipping costs when returning items.
We are unable to accept returns for any item damaged as a result of misuse or negligence. For example, some items may include “hand wash only” and/or “NOT dishwasher or microwave safe” in the product description. Items damaged or destroyed as a result of improper care are not eligible for return.
At this time, we are unable to accept clothing items for return. Size charts are included with each clothing item offered for sale in this store. Measure carefully before ordering to ensure a proper fit; once received, follow the care instructions printed on the label.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
A refund will not be possible in the event you provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or in the event the package was sent to another address or taken by an unauthorized person.
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return request. All other criteria noted above may be applicable to EU consumers.
If a return request is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
